Are you interested in studying Mandarin Chinese with a focus on business topics and cultural features? Would you like to practice pronunciation, understand short dialogues and to get more familiar with business culture and traditions in China at the same time?

Interested? This course is planned specifically for your needs!

The aim of the course

Level A2.1 (European framework CERF

After completing the course, students are expected to be able to:
 - understand and listen normal speed statements and dialogues
 - read longer texts
 - read and write approximately 400 Chinese characters
 - use basic structures of Chinese language in speaking and writing


The topics in this course will include business-related activities in daily working life, basic business vocabulary and sentence patters for engaging in business in Chinese. 

Students will be learning topics related to working and daily life and practice the language skills, interaction skills and frequently used expressions needed in general business situations.

English and Chinese

Target group

People who just started to learn Chinese or have some basic knowledge about its structure and tried to study it before. This course is aimed specifically at people who are interested in business communication with partners from China region and would like to learn more about business and culture in China. Everyone interested in Chinese language are welcome to join.
